Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to PinkGunPC. By placing an order or requesting a custom build, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Quotes: All custom quotes are valid for 7 days due to the volatility of component pricing (especially GPUs and CPUs).
Deposits: For custom rigs, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required to begin sourcing parts.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once assembly has begun. If an order is canceled prior to assembly but after parts have been sourced, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit) and PayPal.
All prices are in USD. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping unless explicitly stated.
Kansas Sales Tax: Orders picked up in or shipped to Kansas are subject to local sales tax.

Risk of Loss: Title to the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend choosing insured shipping for high-value rigs.
Damage: Any damage during shipping must be reported to PinkGunPC within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the packaging and the unit.
Local Pickup: Local pickup in Wichita, KS is available by appointment only.

PinkGunPC Workmanship: We provide a 1-year limited warranty on the labor and assembly of the system.
Component Warranties: Individual parts (GPU, CPU, Motherboard, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. Rafael will assist customers in the RMA process for these parts during the first year.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- User-performed overclocking or BIOS flashing.
- Accidental damage (spills, drops).
- Third-party repairs or modifications made after delivery.
- "Acts of God" (lightning strikes, power surges).

Custom Builds: Due to the bespoke nature of custom PCs and 3D-printed components, all sales are final.
Defective Units: If a unit is DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will repair or replace the system at no cost to the customer, provided it is reported within the initial 48-hour window.

PinkGunPC and Rafael Hernandez Mateo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising from the use of our products. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold.
